§ 85-399. Self-insurance associations - Pooling of liabilities
The Workers' Compensation Court shall adopt rules permitting two
or more group self-insurance associations to pool their liabilities
under this act for the purpose of providing such group selfinsurance associations specific and aggregate excess insurance.
