§ 59-46.11. Renewal of license or certificate - Display

No license or certificate of authority shall be issued or

renewed for longer than two (2) years. A license or certificate may

be renewed upon application, compliance with this act or the rules

of the Board, and payment of fees prior to or on June 30 of

alternate years. Every architect, landscape architect, or licensed

interior designer having a place of business or employment within

the state shall display such person's license in a conspicuous place

in such place of business or employment. A new license to replace a

lost, destroyed or mutilated license shall be issued by the Board

upon payment of a fee established in accordance with the rules of

the Board.
