§ 956.08.

(A) No person operating as a high volume breeder shall fail to comply with applicable

standards established by the director of agriculture in rules adopted under section 956.03 of the Revised Code or with section 956.031 of the Revised Code . (B) No person acting as or performing the functions of a dog broker shall fail to comply

with applicable requirements established by the director in rules adopted under section 956.03 of the Revised Code . (C) No person registered as an animal rescue for dogs under section 956.06 of the Revised Code shall sell a dog to a dog broker or pet store.
