§ 941.23.

The board of county commissioners of any county may make such appropriations from

the general funds of its county as will enable it to cooperate effectively with the

animal owners, the Ohio department of agriculture and the United States department

of agriculture in the control and eradication of brucellosis.  The money so appropriated shall be placed in a fund to be used for the eradication

of brucellosis in the county in which it originated, subject to the approval of the

Ohio department of agriculture.
