§ 903.99.
(A) Whoever negligently violates division (A) of section 903.30 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than ten thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than
ninety days, or both. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense. For purposes of this division, notwithstanding division (D) of section 2901.22 of the Revised Code , a person acts negligently when, because of a lapse from due care, the person fails
to perceive or avoid a risk that the person's conduct may cause a certain result or
may be of a certain nature. A person is negligent with respect to circumstances when, because of a lapse from
due care, the person fails to perceive or avoid a risk that such circumstances may
exist. (B) Whoever recklessly violates division (A) or (B) of section 903.30 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than ten thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than
one year, or both. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense. (C) Whoever knowingly violates division (A) or (B) of section 903.30 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony and shall be fined not more than twenty-five thousand dollars
or imprisoned for not more than three years, or both. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.
