§ 742.13.

The proper officers of each taxing district issuing the bonds provided for in section 742.12 of the Revised Code shall, without additional procedure or legislation on their part, comply with this

section and with section 742.12 of the Revised Code , except that the proper accounting officers of such taxing district and the secretary

of the sinking fund shall make and keep a detailed record of any such changes required

by the board of trustees of the Ohio police and fire pension fund.  The board shall not change the date of maturity of any part of the principal or

interest of any bond issue, nor shall it require a bond of any issue to be of a larger

denomination, nor any partial payment of principal to be of greater amount than the

aggregate amount of such issue falling due at any date.
