§ 5901.17.
On and after the interment of the remains of one or more deceased veterans in a veterans
plot, the reasonable expenses of the care of the grave shall be annually provided
for by the municipal corporation or township in which the remains are buried, and
shall be paid annually to the cemetery association in which the remains may be interred,
removed, or reinterred.
