§ 5591.27.
In rebuilding a bridge destroyed or injured by flood or fire, the board of county
commissioners may select a new site therefor. Before the change is made, or a contract for that purpose is entered into, the board
shall give at least twenty days' notice of the time when the question of change will
be considered, and at such hearing, all persons interested may present their views
and wishes to the board, either by petition, remonstrance, or orally.
