§ 5503.031.

Beginning July 1, 2023, the following officers of the state highway patrol shall be

paid in accordance with the indicated pay ranges from schedule E-1 of division (B) of section 124.152 of the Revised Code : (A) A sergeant or equivalent officer who is an exempt employee under section 124.152 of the Revised Code shall be paid in accordance with pay range 14.
