§ 511.261.

If a township park district enters into an agreement for the sale or lease of mineral

rights regarding a park within the district, any royalties or other moneys resulting

from the sale or lease shall be deposited into a special fund that the board of park

commissioners shall establish under division (F) of section 5705.09 of the Revised Code .  The fund shall be used exclusively for maintenance of parks within the district

and for the acquisition of new park lands.
