§ 4905.331.

(A) As used in this section: (1) “Electric distribution utility” has the same meaning as in section 4928.01 of the Revised Code . (2) “ Electric service ” means any service involved in supplying or arranging for the supply of electricity

to ultimate consumers in this state.  “ Electric service ” includes “retail electric service” as defined in section 4928.01 of the Revised Code . (3) “ Proceeding ” includes a proceeding relating to electric service under Chapters 4909. and 4928.

of a matter pending before the commission: (1) Make a cash payment to that party; (2) Enter into any agreement or any financial or private arrangement with that party

the programs. (b) The payments are for programs that are subject to an existing or new audit procedure. (c) The payments are not for low-income weatherization education programs.
