§ 4729.05.

Five of the voting members of the state board of pharmacy shall constitute a quorum.  The board shall meet at least once during each quarter of the fiscal year and at

such other times and places as the board may direct.  The board shall have a seal and prescribe such rules for its own government as it

deems proper.
