No person shall practice as a dental hygienist except as follows: (A) A licensed dentist; (B) One who has obtained a license from the state dental board to practice as a dental
hygienist; (C) One who holds in good standing a license from another state to practice as a dental

be deemed to hold, for the course of the charitable event, a license to practice as
a dental hygienist from the state dental board and shall be subject to the provisions
of this chapter authorizing the board to take disciplinary action against a license
holder. Not less than seven calendar days before the first day of the charitable event,

to the procedures that a dental hygienist licensed under this chapter is authorized
