§ 4301.41.
When the superintendent of liquor control considers it advisable to cancel the unexpired
portion of a permit in order that the permit may be issued on a uniform expiration
date designated by the superintendent, the division of liquor control may credit the
unexpired portion of permit fees outstanding or collect any additional amounts due
resulting from the uniform expiration date so fixed. Notice of a change of expiration date and of a credit or additional amounts to be
paid shall be given by the division to the holder of the permit at least thirty days
prior to the due date.
