§ 4141.02.
A nonprofit organization that is not subject to this chapter pursuant to division (B) of section 4141.011 of the Revised Code , and that does not elect to become an employer subject to this chapter pursuant to division (H) of section 4141.011 of the Revised Code , shall notify the organization's employees upon hiring that the organization, and
the employee's employment with the organization, are exempt from this chapter.
