§ 4123.023.
For the purpose of determining benefits accruing under section 4123.57 of the Revised Code , a member of the Ohio organized militia shall qualify for maximum benefits provided
for workers and employees under sections 4123.01 to 4123.60 , inclusive, 4123.62 to 4123.94 , inclusive, and 4123.99 of the Revised Code .
