§ 4121.26.
If upon the trial of an action under section 4121.25 of the Revised Code it appears that all issues arising in the action have not theretofore been presented
to the bureau of workers' compensation in the petition filed as provided in section 4121.23 of the Revised Code , or that the bureau has not theretofore had ample opportunity to hear and determine
any of the issues raised in the action, or has for any reason not in fact heard and

such further stay as is necessary. Upon the receipt of the statement the bureau shall consider the issues not theretofore
considered, and may alter, modify, amend, or rescind its order complained of in the
action, and shall report its order thereon to the court within ten days from the receipt
of the statement from the court for further hearing and consideration. The court shall thereupon order such amendment or other proceeding as is necessary
