§ 3957.12.

(A) On and after July 1, 2027, no pharmacy benefit manager shall do any of the following: (1) Use plan sponsor funds for any purpose not specifically set forth in writing by the

pharmacy benefit manager; (2) Fail to disclose in written solicitation materials and at least once annually to

contracted plan sponsors any ownership relationship of five per cent or more between

the pharmacy benefit manager and an insurer; (3) Fail to remit insurance premiums within the policy period or within the time agreed

to in writing between the insurer and the pharmacy benefit manager; (4) Fail to disclose in writing the method of collecting and holding a plan sponsor's

funds. (B) This section does not apply to the extent that it conflicts with an agreement that

is not subject to this chapter.
