§ 3929.29.

No fire insurance company organized under the laws of this state, or admitted to do

business in this state, shall include in a statement of assets in any public advertisement,

card, or circular, any item of value of a class or character not admitted by the superintendent

of insurance in the annual report of such company.  Every such advertisement, card, or circular, containing such a statement of assets

of said company, must contain a full statement of all the liabilities of the company,

including the reinsurance reserve, which in no case shall be less than that required

by law for its annual report. Any violation of this section, after a second notice from the superintendent, will

render such company liable to a forfeiture of one thousand dollars, and each subsequent

violation to a like forfeiture, to be recovered in an action instituted against such

company by the prosecuting attorney in the name of the state and paid to the county

treasurer for the use of the schools as provided in sections 3315.31 and 3315.32 of the Revised Code .
