§ 3927.04.

Every foreign insurance company, association, or partnership desiring to transact

business in this state shall file with the superintendent of insurance a certified

copy of its charter or deed of settlement, together with a statement, under the oath

of its president, vice-president, or other chief officer, and the secretary of the

company, stating the name of the company, the place where it is located, and the amount

of its capital, with a detailed statement of the facts and items required of similar

companies organized under the laws of this state by section 3929.30 of the Revised Code .  Such company, association, or partnership shall also file with the superintendent

a copy of its last annual report, if one was made, under any law of the state by which

it was incorporated.
