§ 3921.15.

Any domestic fraternal benefit society may be converted and licensed as a mutual life

insurance company by compliance with all the applicable requirements of Chapter 3913.

at a regular or special meeting shall be necessary for the approval of the plan.  The conversion shall not take effect until approved by the superintendent, who may

give approval if the superintendent finds that the proposed change is in conformity

with the requirements of the law and is not prejudicial to the certificate holders

of the society.
