§ 3905.934.
(A) A surety bail bond agent shall not make, publish, or otherwise disseminate, directly
or indirectly, any misleading or false advertisement, or engage in any other deceptive
trade practice. (B) All advertising by a surety bail bond agent shall include the address of record of
the agent on file with the department of insurance.
