§ 3125.39.
The director of job and family services shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter
119. of the Revised Code that establish the following: (A) Procedures for annual reviews of and reports to the secretary of health and human
services on the programs operated under Title IV-D of the “Social Security Act,” as
amended, including information necessary to measure compliance with federal requirements
for expedited procedures; (B) Procedures for transmitting data and calculations regarding levels of accomplishment
and rates of improvement for paternity establishment and child support enforcement
from the automatic data processing system required under section 3125.07 of the Revised Code to the secretary of health and human services.
