§ 3123.46.

A child support enforcement agency that sent a notice to a board of an individual's

failure to comply with a warrant or subpoena shall send to each board to which the

agency sent the notice a further notice that the individual is no longer out of compliance

if the court or agency that issued the warrant or subpoena removes the warrant or

determines that the obligor has complied with the subpoena. The agency shall send the notice under this section not later than seven days after

the agency determines that either of the circumstances specified in this section has

occurred.
