§ 3121.09.

An obligee owed support under a support order, or a court or child support enforcement

agency on behalf of the obligee, may maintain a proceeding under Chapter 3115., 3119.,

3121., 3123., or 3125. of the Revised Code, or under the comparable law of another

state or country, against the state to withhold support from payments owed or to be

owed to one of the following individuals who is the obligor under the support order: (A) An officer or employee of the state; (B) An individual who is under contract with the state or is owed or to be owed money

from the state, including an individual who is the sole shareholder of a corporation

or the sole member of a limited liability company.
