§ 2963.20.

Whenever the governor demands a person charged with crime, with escaping from confinement,

or with breaking the terms of the person's bail or parole in this state or violating

the conditions of a community control sanction or post-release control sanction imposed

in this state, from the executive authority of any other state, or from the chief

justice or an associate justice of the supreme court of the District of Columbia authorized

to receive that demand under the laws of the United States, the governor shall issue

a warrant under the seal of this state, to an agent, commanding the agent to receive

the person so charged and convey that person to the proper officer of the county in

which the offense was committed.
