§ 2905.111.
Notwithstanding any provision of the Revised Code to the contrary, no person shall
be convicted of an offense, and no child shall be adjudicated a delinquent child,
for disseminating private images of that person or child to another person as a direct
and proximate result of a violation of division (D) of section 2905.11 of the Revised Code in which the person or child was a victim.
