§ 2152.201.

(A) In addition to any other dispositions authorized or required by this chapter, the

juvenile court making disposition of a child adjudicated a delinquent child for committing

a violation of section 2909.22 , 2909.23 , or 2909.24 of the Revised Code or a violation of section 2921.32 of the Revised Code when the offense or act committed by the person aided or to be aided as described

in that section is an act of terrorism may order the child to pay to the state, municipal,

or county law enforcement agencies that handled the investigation and prosecution

all of the costs that the state, municipal corporation, or county reasonably incurred

in the investigation and prosecution of the violation.  The court shall hold a hearing to determine the amount of costs to be imposed under

this section.  The court may hold the hearing as part of the dispositional hearing for the child. (B) If a child is adjudicated a delinquent child for committing a violation of section 2909.23 or 2909.24 of the Revised Code and if any political subdivision incurred any response costs as a result of, or in

making any response to, the threat of the specified offense involved in the violation

of section 2909.23 of the Revised Code or the actual specified offense involved in the violation of section 2909.24 of the Revised Code , in addition to any other dispositions authorized or required by this chapter, the

juvenile court making disposition of the child for the violation may order the child

to reimburse the involved political subdivision for the response costs it so incurred. (C) As used in this section, “response costs” and “act of terrorism” have the same meanings

as in section 2909.21 of the Revised Code .
