§ 2151.4232.

A county's reviewed and signed, or reviewed, updated, and signed, memorandum of understanding,

as applicable, shall go into effect and supersede any previous memorandum upon the

department of children and youth determination that the memorandum is compliant under section 2151.4230 of the Revised Code 1 . 1

 In 2022 H 4 as passed by the General Assembly, “section 2151.4230 of the Revised

Code” appeared as “section 2151.4220 of the Revised Code” but was subsequently changed

by the Legislative Service Commission.
