§ 1745.34.
Unless otherwise provided in the governing principles, the following apply: (A) Meetings of the managers may be called by any two managers or by any chairperson,
president, or vice-president of the unincorporated nonprofit association. (B) Meetings of the managers may be held at any place within or outside this state, including
by means of authorized communications equipment, unless the governing principles prohibit
participation by managers at a meeting by means of authorized communications equipment. Participation at a meeting pursuant to this division constitutes presence at that
meeting. (C) Notice of the place, if any, and time of each meeting of the managers shall be given
to each manager either by personal delivery or by mail, by overnight delivery service,
or by means of authorized communications equipment at least two days before the meeting. The notice need not specify the purposes of the meeting. (D) Notice of adjournment of a meeting of the managers need not be given if the time
and place to which it is adjourned are fixed and announced at that meeting.
