§ 1545.23.
If a park district enters into an agreement for the sale or lease of mineral rights
regarding a park within the district, any royalties or other moneys resulting from
the sale or lease shall be deposited into a special fund that the board of park commissioners
shall create. The fund shall be used exclusively for maintenance of parks within the district
and for the acquisition of new park lands.
