§ 713.27.

Whenever a county or regional plan is adopted by a city planning commission or the

board of county commissioners, the fact of such adoption shall be certified by the

adopting authority to the regional or county planning commission, as the case may

be.  Thereupon such regional or county commission shall deposit a copy of so much of

the regional or county plan as is affected by such adoption in the office of the county

recorder.  If such plan shows a recommendation as to the location of a sewage or garbage disposal

plant, such deposit shall not be made until six months after the plan's adoption and

when so deposited the copy thereof shall state the action or nonaction of the appropriating

authority with respect to the purchase or appropriation of property for such plant,

as provided in section 713.25 of the Revised Code .
