§ 4703.03.

(A) The architects board shall enforce sections 4703.01 to 4703.19 of the Revised Code , may subpoena witnesses and records in connection with its investigations, and may

incur such expenses as are necessary. (B) Each member of the board shall be entitled to receive, as a part of the expense of

the board, an amount fixed pursuant to division (J) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code while actually engaged in attendance at meetings, in conducting examinations, or

in the performance of official duties. (C) The members shall receive also, as a part of the expense of the board, the amount

of actual traveling, hotel, and other necessary expenses incurred in the performance

of their duties. (D) The secretary, executive secretary, and clerical assistants of the board shall give

bond to the state in such sum as the board determines, but not less than three thousand

dollars, conditioned upon the faithful discharge of their duties.  Premiums for such bonds shall be paid by the board.  Such bonds with approval of the board endorsed on them shall be deposited with the

secretary of state and kept in the secretary of state's office.
