§ 2901.431.

On the filing of charges against a person who is a member of the public employees

retirement system alleging that the person committed a felony on or after the effective

date of this section, the prosecutor assigned to the case shall send written notice

to the retirement system that the charges have been filed.  The notice shall specifically identify the person. For purposes of this section, a violation or offense that includes as an element a

course of conduct or the occurrence of multiple acts is committed on or after the

effective date of this section if the course of conduct continues, one or more of

the multiple acts occurs, or the person's accountability for the course of conduct

or one or more of the multiple acts continues on or after that date.
