§ 95-146. Continuation and effectiveness of this Article.
The Commissioner shall from time to time furnish to the Secretary information and assurances that this Article is being administered by adequate methods and by standards and enforcement procedures which are and will continue to be as effective as federal standards. History (1973, c. 295, s. 21.)
