§ 90-726. 10. Temporary licensure.
An actively licensed or certified behavior analyst who resides and practices behavior analysis in another state may apply to the Board for a temporary license to practice behavior analysis in this State. A temporary license is available only if the behavior analysis services are to be delivered during a limited and defined period of service approved by the Board. History (2021-22, s. 1(a).)
