§ 87-115. Short title.

This Article may be cited as the "Underground Utility Safety and Damage Prevention Act." History (2013-407, s. 2.) Editor's Note. - Session Laws 2013-407, s. 3, provides: "This act becomes effective October 1, 2014, and applies to all activities regulated by the provisions of Article 8A of Chapter 87 of the General Statutes, as enacted by this act, that occur on or after that date."
