§ 7B-1707. Direct contempt by juvenile.
The preceding sections of this Article do not apply when a juvenile is ordered pursuant to G.S. 5A-32(b) to appear and show cause why the juvenile should not be held in contempt. History (2007-168, s. 4.) Editor's Note. - Session Laws 2007-168, s. 8, makes this section effective December 1, 2007, and applicable to acts occurring or offenses committed on or after that date.
