§ 66-122. Rights and responsibilities after cancellation.
Within 30 days after a prepaid entertainment contract has been cancelled in accordance with G.S. 66-121, the seller must tender to the buyer any payments made by the buyer and any note or other evidence of indebtedness. History (1979, c. 833, s. 1.)
