§ 58-91-30. Meetings; acts of the Commission.
The Commission shall meet and take such actions as are consistent with the provisions of this Compact and the bylaws. Each member of the Commission shall have the right and power to cast a vote to which that compacting state is entitled and to participate in the business and affairs of the Commission. A member shall vote in person or by any means provided in the bylaws. The bylaws may provide for members' participation in meetings by telephone or other means of communication. The Commission shall meet at least once during each calendar year. Additional meetings shall be held as set forth in the bylaws. History (2005-183, s. 1; 2009-382, s. 35.) Editor's Note. - Session Laws 2005-183, s. 3, made this Article effective October 1, 2005. Session Laws 2009-382, s. 35, amended Session Laws 2005-183, s. 3, to delete the October 1, 2009, expiration date for Article 91.
