§ 15A-266. Short title.

This Article may be cited as the DNA Database and Databank Act of 1993. History (1993, c. 401, s. 1.) Editor's Note. - Session Laws 1993, c. 401, s. 2 makes this Article effective December 1, 1993, only if the General Assembly appropriates funds to implement the purposes of the act.
