§ 15-191. Pending sentences unaffected.
Nothing in G.S. 15-187, 15-188, and 15-190 shall be construed to alter in any manner the execution of the sentence of death imposed on account of any crime or crimes committed before July 1, 1935. History (1935, c. 294, s. 4.) Editor's Note. - The act from which this section was codified changed the mode of executing a death sentence from electrocution to the administration of lethal gas.
