§ 147-86. 62. Report; application.

The State Treasurer shall report to the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations annually by October 1 on information regarding investments sold, redeemed, divested, or withdrawn in compliance with this Article. History (2015-118, s. 1; 2017-193, s. 3.7.) Editor's Note. - This section was enacted by Session Laws 2015-118, s. 1, as G.S. 143C-6A-8. It was renumbered at the direction of the Revisor of Statutes. Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2017-193, s. 3.7, effective October 1, 2017, deleted the former subsection (a) designation; substituted "Governmental Operations annually by October 1 on information regarding investments sold, redeemed, divested, or withdrawn in compliance with this Article." for "Governmental Operations and the Governor annually by October 1 on the status of the federal 'Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010' (Public Law 111 195), the 'Iran Divestment Act of 2015,' and any rules or regulations adopted thereunder."; and deleted former subsection (b) relating to circumstances for lifting the restrictions.
