§ 143C-1-4. Interest earnings credited to the General Fund; interest earnings on Highway Fund and Highway Trust Fund credited to those funds.
Interest Earnings Credited to the General Fund. - Unless otherwise provided by law, interest earned on all funds shall be credited to the General Fund. Exception for Interest Earnings on Highway Fund and Highway Trust Fund. - Interest earned by the Highway Fund and the Highway Trust Fund shall be credited to the Highway Fund and the Highway Trust Fund respectively.
