§ 131E-165. Title; purpose.
This Article shall be known as the "Cardiac Rehabilitation Certification Program." The purpose of this Article is to provide for the development, establishment, and enforcement of rules and certification: For the care and treatment of individuals in outpatient cardiac rehabilitation programs; and For the maintenance and operation of cardiac rehabilitation programs to ensure safe and adequate treatment of individuals in cardiac rehabilitation programs.
