Editor's Note. - Former G.S. 115C-102.15 , which created the Business and Education Technology Alliance, was enacted by Session Laws 2002-126, s. 7.27(a)-(f), and amended by Session Laws 2004-129, s. 32. This section was also amended by Session Laws 2009-570, ss. 8(c) and 8(d), effective August 28, 2009, which substituted "North Carolina Chamber" for "North Carolina Citizens for Business and Industry" in subdivisions (b)(9) and (b)(15); and made a minor stylistic change. The amendment never took effect. Session Laws 2009-451, s. 7.15(b), provides: "The State Controller shall transfer the fund balance from the Business Education Technology Alliance Fund to Nontax Budget Code 19978 (Intra State Transfers) to support General Fund appropriations for the 2009-2010 fiscal year." Session Laws 2009-451, s. 1.2, provides: "This act shall be known as the 'Current Operations and Capital Improvements Appropriations Act of 2009'." Session Laws 2009-451, s. 28.3, provides: "Except for statutory changes or other provisions that clearly indicate an intention to have effects beyond the 2009-2011 fiscal biennium, the textual provisions of this act apply only to funds appropriated for, and activities occurring during, the 2009-2011 fiscal biennium." Session Laws 2009-451, s. 28.5, is a severability clause. PART 4. FEES.
