§ 106-655. Short title.

This Article shall be known as the "North Carolina Commercial Fertilizer Law." History (1977, c. 303, s. 1.) Editor's Note. - Session Laws 1977, c. 303 repealed the North Carolina Fertilizer Law of 1947, Article 2 of Chapter 106 , and enacted this Article. Where appropriate, the historical citations to the repealed Article have been placed under the sections of this Article.
