§ 106-642. Emergency action by Commissioner.
The Commissioner may take emergency action with respect to Board authority in the provisions of this Article if needed to protect the bee and honey industry in North Carolina. Such action shall remain in force until rescinded by the Commissioner or acted on by the Board. History (1977, c. 238, s. 9.)
