§ 162A-94. Certain actions validated.
Any contract entered into by a county water and sewer district on or before February 1, 1995, is not invalid because of failure to comply with Article 8 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes. History (1995, c. 266, s. 1.) §§ 162A-95 through 162A-100: Reserved for future codification purposes.
