§ 147-86. 2. Information Technology fees; dispute resolution panel.
The State Treasurer or the State Treasurer's designee, in conjunction with the State Controller and the State Budget Officer or their designees, shall handle the resolution of fee disputes between the Department of Information Technology and the State agencies receiving information technology services from the Department. History (2009-136, s. 3; 2015-241, s. 7A.3.) Editor's Note. - Session Laws 2015-241, s. 7A.3, provides in part: "The Revisor of Statutes may conform names and titles changed by this section and may correct statutory references as required by this section throughout the General Statutes. In making the changes authorized by this section, the Revisor may also adjust subject and verb agreement and the placement of conjunctions." Pursuant to this authority, "Services" was deleted from the section heading; "Department of Information Technology" was substituted for "Office of Information Technology Services"; and "Department" was substituted for "the Office" at the direction of the Revisor of Statutes. Session Laws 2015-241, s. 1.1, provides: "This act shall be known as 'The Current Operations and Capital Improvements Appropriations Act of 2015.'" Session Laws 2015-241, s. 33.6, is a severability clause. Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2015-241, s. 7A.3, effective September 18, 2015, deleted "Services" following "Technology" in the section heading, substituted "Department of Information Technology" for "State Information Technology Services" and "the Department" for "the Office". §§ 147-86.3 through 147-86.9: Reserved for future codification purposes.
